Dobrý de. Mám od vás tento produkt a velice často některý z lan portu není aktivní. Občas potřebují prohodit kabel za jiný a switch ho nedetekuje. A jelikož nemá tento model reset tak nevím jak to mám restartovat. Jen vyndat ze zasuvky! Dělají to všechny Porty. Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den,
jedná o switch a ty nemají resetovací tlačítko. Zařízení nemá operační systém, který by šel resetovat.
Je zvláštní, že nefunguje jen jeden port. Spíše bych doporučil kontrolu utp kabelu. Pokud by se závada opakovala, zařízení reklamujte.
