Hello, the container was broken and almost half of it has leaked out. The person gave it to me and it was dripping with liquid as it it dropped and opened. They then wrapped it in plastic where it was completely wet and leaking. I have pictures and also a video where the person who gave it to me is saying it is broken.
Please refund the Woolite Pro-Care 3.6L money along with the expedited pick up fee which I was charged for same day service.

I am sorry to hear that your product has been damaged and you need to submit a claim.
The fastest way to handle a claim is to contact the authorised service centre, which is where we would send the product. You can a list of our authorised service centres here.
If you are not interested in submitting your claim to the authorised service centre or the service is not available for your brand, you can bring the product and the purchase receipt to our nearest store and we will take care of everything.
You can also submit your claim remotely by just sending it as a package to the address:

In addition to the purchase receipt, please include an accompanying document with a description of any defects. If you already know the claim number from retrieving it online, it is sufficient to visibly place it on the package.
