objednala jsem si u Vás XD Design Wave, tmavě modrou termosku, bohužel měla promáčknutý vrchní hrneček, takže ji musím reklamovat, ale u reklamace píšete, že mám spolu s termoskou zaslat i kopii faktury, což bych ráda, ale v balení termosky byl jen papírek s návodem k obsluze. Číslo reklamace: ASRE17286126. Je tedy poněkud zvláštní a kdyby termoska nebyla poškozena, tak to asi ani nepostřehnu, že u ní není faktura. Jak tedy postupovat dál? Mám termosku zaslat na Vaší adresu s "fakturou", kterou jste mi poslali do mailu?

Dobrý den,
stačí, když nám k termosce na pípr opíšete číslo faktury, které začíná číslovkou 2, ten následně přiložte do balíčku. Faktury zasíláme již jen v elektronické podobě. V případě reklamace na pobočce, kolegové fakturu dohledají ručně.
