Po polroku intenzívneho používania sa pri šliapaní z rotopédu ozývajú pravidelné slabé zvuky, ako cvakanie alebo ťukanie. Nie vždy a nie hneď, väčšinou tak po 20-30 minútach šliapania. Niekedy zmiznú, ak prepnem rotopéd na chvíľu na vyššiu obtiažnosť, niekedy nezmiznú ani potom. Fungovanie prístroja to neovplyvňuje, len sa obávam, čo nie je príznak začínajúceho problému, neskôr prerastie do niečoho vážnejšieho.

U kola není přímo uvedena maximální výška cvičence v centimetrech, ale výrobce uvádí, že:
„Díky nastavitelné vzdálenosti mezi sedlem a pedály (v rozmezí 79–92 cm) lze kolo snadno a přesně přizpůsobit výšce cvičence.“
