Routin 1883 syrups were first produced back in 1883, when herbalist Philibert Routin blended 24 plants and spices from the French Alps to begin the story of these syrups. They are great for preparing cocktails, milkshakes, coffee, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and are sweetened with cane sugar. The Routin 1883 raspberry-flavoured syrup offers the full colour and taste of ripe raspberries and is particularly suitable for use in lemonade, but you can also use it to flavour porridge.
