redZEN is a unique LED device combining photobiomodulation therapy with healthy evening lighting without the blue spectrum. Thanks to its range of six therapeutic wavelengths (630-850 nm), it activates the body's natural regenerative processes, relieves pain and promotes quality sleep and hormonal balance. Thanks to the standard E27 thread, you can easily screw it into a standard lamp and combine targeted therapy with ambient lighting that promotes circadian rhythms and quality sleep. A cable is also included to allow flexible use without the lamp.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a scientifically proven therapy in which light of a certain wavelength penetrates tissues and stimulates cellular processes. Light is absorbed by chromophores (molecules in the mitochondria), leading to higher ATP (cellular energy) production, better tissue regeneration, reduced inflammation and improved metabolism.
How to use redZEN? Application time: 5-20 minutes a day. Optimum distance: 1-20 cm (light intensity is adjusted by distance) Frequency of use: even twice a day for maximum effect.
