How Does the Remoska Work?
The necessary heat is generated by the heating element in the lid of the Remoska, and it spreads through the walls of the electric pot to the bottom of the bowl, so the food is actually heated from all sides at once. Inside the bowl, the optimal temperature for baking food is 160-180°C.
