The Reolink RP-PCT8MD is also equipped with powerful spotlights, which provide colour images even at night. All recordings can be stored locally on a microSD card with a capacity of up to 512GB or in the cloud via an NVR. Thanks to its image quality and advanced surveillance features, this IP camera is ideal for professional video surveillance. Installation of the camera indoors and outdoors is made easy by the practical PoE (Power over Ethernet) solution. The Reolink RP-PCT8MD has an IP67 rating.

This professional security camera is equipped with dual night vision—infrared and colour. The infrared night vision has a range of up to 30 metres. Colour night vision on the Reolink IP camera is provided by four spotlights with an output of 400 lumens and a colour temperature of 4000K.

The AI Video Search function allows for easy and fast searching of specific video recordings in locally stored footage. Simply enter descriptive keywords (e.g., “person in white clothes”, “yellow dog”) and the system automatically filters out irrelevant recordings, allowing you to quickly identify the target security event. This intelligent feature significantly streamlines searching and reduces the time needed to find relevant videos.
The camera offers more options for storing recordings
The Reolink RP-PCT8MD SMB IP camera has a slot for microSD cards with a capacity of up to 512GB. Thanks to the H.265/H2.64 compression format, a large number of recordings can fit on the memory card. In addition, you will have the option to use an FTP server or a Reolink NVR and record footage in 24/7 mode. The VMS system enables remote live monitoring in real time, clear management of cameras and accounts, and a rapid response to security events. It supports intelligent alarms, including person and object detection, area protection, and device failure alerts. Cameras can be easily grouped by project or area, their status monitored, and users assigned roles and permissions with secure access across platforms.
