I am really disappointed with Alza ,I did not expect such unprofessional,behaviour from their side ,I have bought this monitor ,and brilliant in less than a month ,anyway I took it there ,under warranty,they refused ,to fix it ,and then I went to Alza holesovici ,they asked me to send it one more time ,to their service and they let me paid 350kc for transferring the item to the servis ,in 2 days same answer ,but they said as we have mentioned in the previous mail that we don’t have a part to fix it ,although they did not even mention this at all ,if I knew that I wouldn’t have sent it one more time and loose extra money ,very bad experience with huge Alza ,☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
