A pretty usable smart TV in the category. SoC MediaTek mt5867, 4x ARM Cortex-A55 (1500 MHz), Mali G31 and 1 GB RAM. The biggest limitation is the lack of RAM, so it' s necessary to uninstall and turn off everything you don' t necessarily need, then the system can be reasonably fast.
The second unpleasant surprise is that even though the screen itself is according to the FullHD (1080p) specification, the Android system itself and all the applications in it (e. g. Kodi) are limited to HD (720p) resolution only. In full resolution, probably only TV reception from the antenna and the signal from HDMI (not tested) work.
