excellent TV, but it is an LG, if you don't like them don't buy it, one user here is basically complaining about the fact that it is an LG TV

NO MANUAL! Under the manuals section, there's just an information sheet. On the website, you can apparently only buy a manual! Communication with Alza is awful, there's nowhere to write about this, the manual promised by the chatbot to my email has not yet arrived (they probably don't even have it). The TV isn't entirely user-friendly and the missing manual is a problem. Unnecessary hassle. Probably better to shop elsewhere.
nice picture
Pleasant appearance and sound
It's not user-friendly.
Couldn't find a power supply for the aerial (my old LG could do it)
I had to tune the ČT channels manually.
Nonsensical questions about non-essential and inadequately explained functions.
It boots into a massive menu and not to watching TV.
No instructions included, and the link for the instructions doesn't lead to instructions, just a useless information sheet.
Promised instructions were nowhere to be found (probably not an LG problem, but an Alza one)
