after years of use the quality has suddenly got worse, it doesn't sweeten at all, as if the syrup has been diluted, I won't be buying it again

I bought this syrup about half a year ago, everything was fine, one teaspoon in my coffee was sweet enough. Now with the new bottle, it's not sweet at all, even 4 teaspoons aren't enough. Completely useless.
doesn't sweeten.

Be careful – this is a new recipe! It's not as sweet anymore!
loads before…. now nothing
since the recipe changed, it's no longer a sweetener
You have to use 4x as much syrup to make something sweet.
Change in recipe without any clear indication!

The product's composition does not match the description on the website.
The chicory syrup has a different composition than what is listed on the e-shop's product page. In the description, you have sucralose as the sweetener, but the syrup you sent me contains stevia as the sweetener. To illustrate: to sweeten one mug with the sucralose syrup, you need two teaspoons; with the stevia sweetener, you can't achieve any sweetness even after six teaspoons. I consider this to be dishonest conduct and, as a fairly regular customer, I'm finished with Alza.

This used to be an excellent product that I would definitely have recommended – BUT since the formula changed, it's an overpriced nightmare. It doesn't sweeten coffee or tea, or rather, to get any sweetness you have to use many times more of the product. Since the change in formula (for God's sake, who at 4slim thought of that!), it's just overpriced nothingness. I do not recommend it.

A very good replacement for sugar, I don't miss sugar at all, it's a quality product and I recommend it.
