Many useful user functions
Disappointed with the sound, which offers a choice of many clever modes, but none of them are worth much, sounding mostly like a barrel. The standard mode isn't much better either, with only five frequency settings available in the 100 to 10000 Hz range, which is a pittance. Our Samsung 40" TVs of 15 and 17 years old are incomparably better in this respect.
A digital optical output is available for connecting an external audio device, the classic 3.5 mm headphone output is not.
