Although the expiry date on the packaging is 2/2028, it must have been stored somewhere hot (it should be dry, dark and below 25°C). When I opened it, it literally shot out, the lid flew off and the contents are rancid. I thought it was just the capsule that was rancid, but after emptying out the powder, it's the powder itself that stinks intensely.
It helped me
I went to the toilet once during the night
Unfortunately, this time the contents are cloudy.

After opening, the paper cap blew off and flew off, the contents smell like rancidity. I think that in terms of health benefits, in this case, it is quite the opposite.
harmful to health

After a week of taking it, I feel an improvement and I don't go to the toilet so much at night
I guess it really works.

I've only been taking this supplement for a short time so far, but since then I haven't had to get up at night, which is why I bought it. It also works on me by increasing my libido (probably Saw palmetto) which it contains.
