Dear Alza team, I am a long time customer of yours and have always been satisfied with your service. Unfortunately, this time I have to express my disappointment with the installation process of the new AEG 9000 AbsoluteCare® LFR95146UC washing machine I purchased from you, including the import and installation service. The technician who came to do the installation was very nervous from the start and repeatedly stressed that he only had 15 minutes to do the installation. Even though the apartment was fully prepared, he refused to help me take down the dryer, which is located on top of the washing machine, so that the installation could be done at all. When I asked if a noise barrier was included, I was told no. Later, however, after checking the instructions and packing material (which had already been dumped in the container), I did find the barrier - it was included in the package, the technician just either overlooked it or didn't want to use it. In addition, the water supply was not connected according to the instructions, which I had to fix myself. I should add that I had originally planned to order the washing machine during a business trip so that my wife could pick it up at home. After this experience, I'm really glad I placed the order after I returned - I can't imagine how the installation would have turned out if I hadn't been there in person.
The problem is entirely about the quality and attitude of the installation service. I hope that service cooperation will be set up in the future so that the approach to customers is more friendly and professional - after all, a washing machine for almost 30 000 CZK
