It contains only 70 mg of extract. Teas normally contain 300 mg. You'd better buy some tea. At least it has some flavour and according to studies it actually contains enough active ingredients to have an effect. You'd have to eat at least three of these capsules a day. The real effect is of course questionable, scientific studies are quite contradictory (e.g. DOI: 10.1017/S1368980000000550).
