After trying more "normal" earplugs that resembled classic headphones, I had a problem where I couldn't find one of the earplugs after waking up (it would sometimes fall out during sleep and get lost in the bedding, etc.). The design of these earplugs means they sit deeper in the ear, with only a small silicone tab sticking out for removal. The earplugs are comfortable, block sound well, and I can barely hear the traffic with the window open, and most of the time not at all (I live near a busy road). I don't know what more to expect from sleeping earplugs than the product I received. (Tested for only a short time so far, but I'm 100% satisfied)
they work great
don't fall out
Comfortable even when sleeping on my side
