The software author apparently had the idea that the faster I turn the dial, the faster the set time will change. Unfortunately, they didn't quite get it right, because changing the set time by 30s almost always ends up shifting it by several tens of minutes.
What's more, the magnets in the timer's base are quite weak and the timer is very light, so when setting it, I have to hold the base of the device with the fingertips of one hand and carefully turn the outer ring.
Awkward, impractical, it went in the bin after six months of trying.
The worse thing I have not had in my hand, it is not possible to set the time which is quite a problem with a minute, plus the magnet is so weak that it rotates around the fridge when you want to set the time.
. the control does what it wants. Terrible. Sometimes it jumps by seconds, sometimes by minutes. When it's going somehow, it's going by minutes, eating it starts jumping after ten. Terrible. So one sets a time similar to what one needs and doesn't give a damn.
At higher brightness, the display is sometimes less legible.
Very nice product concept, but I switched back to an older digital classic. I really don't have the nerve to operate it.
