I bought it knowing what it was all about, it's a desk fan when you're sitting at your pc nothing more nothing less. Freezing the filter lasts about 5 minutes so it's not worth much rather help the ice cubes in the water which last longer and the performance is a little better but don't expect miracles it's a small fan which must blow directly at you otherwise it does nothing.
