In my opinion, A4 paper should meet the basic parameter, A4 size. Unfortunately, the papers are 209mm wide at one end (the correct width for A4) but 216mm at the other, which means that the paper, even to the naked eye, is slanted, when inserted into a home printer the paper jams irregularly and cannot be inserted into the euro wrapper as it will not fit. And I paid extra for a "Professional" paper that doesn't even fulfill its most important function.
Complaint filed, we'll see how Alza will handle it. Ordered 2 packages, the first package is the entire so-so, all 500 sheets. I preferred not to unpack the second one.
