After reading the comments I was expecting almost a half-baked product, but the opposite is true. The bracket is well made, everything fits without looseness, and the TV does not tilt under its own weight, but can be positioned with reasonable force.
The bracket is designed for TV, so it may not fit in place of the recessed monitor leg.
The screws are universally long. You can use your shorter ones if you don't have them you put washers. If you don't have washers, you can shorten the supplied screws. If you can't even do that, it's probably not the bracket that's the problem.
The supplied key is a nice keyring, but again, if you don't have normal tools, the problem is elsewhere than in the holder. But the biggest myth is the inaccessibility of screws for tightening into the wall. After sliding the cover, just turn the base of the holder by 90° and you can tighten with whatever you want. If you mount the bracket in a straight position, you will logically hit the cover with a screwdriver. Again, the fault is somewhere between the chair and the keyboard, and it's not the holder's fault.
