After the experience of other users, I tried discharging the powerbank when I charged the phone once and the powerbank was discharged.
I tried charging again, unfortunately it didn't charge to the second comma either. Returned.
I use it to power a small DAB radio so I don't have to buy new monocells all the time or buy rechargeable ones and a charger to go with them, it seems like an elegant solution
