XY tools, the numbering of which does not match the instructions.
The monitor cleaning fluid was dried up – empty (not going to bother with a complaint).
The monitor cleaning tool (the lid from the packaging, which has some sort of felt on the bottom) is small and practically useless.
The package includes a range of different small brushes which I practically won't use anyway. I need a gentle cleaning fluid for my laptop monitor/display, a good quality large cloth for cleaning, and then something to clean the keyboard properly (the brush is just the basics), the mouse, etc. As it is, for the price of the whole package, I've bought the only useful tool, which is the brush for cleaning the keyboard.
Misleading title, it's more like a 16-in-1, I couldn't find the 20th item, two attachments and one item that's supposedly split into two parts are missing.
I need something very flat and plastic to clean the micro USB port.
Bit of a cheap plastic, it probably won't last long.
