When you connect a laptop and phone to USB-C2 and USB-A (regardless of connecting another device to USB-C1), these devices are powered but not charged; with the X500 charger, the two devices together charge about 8 W faster. Using USB-C1 and one other port works well. The display looks useful, shows consumption to 1 decimal place, updates about once a second, is not disturbing at night and turns off after a while when all devices are disconnected. Up close, there is only a very faint whistling sound, which is not disturbing even in a quiet room. The charger is slightly larger than the X500, the dimensions in the manual apply: 52 x 29.5 x 94.4 mm. For better usability when charging three devices at the same time, I find the X500 charger better and am therefore returning this one.
