The value per gram compared to simple monohydrate powder is absolutely dreadful. The recommended daily dose of creatine is 5g. Here, one tablet has 2.5g, so you'd have to take two to get the optimal dose, which means a pack of 60 tablets lasts for 30 days. In comparison, monohydrate powder contains 500g, so ONE HUNDRED doses, often at a LOWER price. Overall, this form of creatine is 3–4x more expensive, or rather less cost-effective. Plus, it contains other substances, sweeteners, etc. I use it as a backup when I don't want to drag a tub of powder or a shaker around with me.
