Provides decent protection for the iPad itself
Compared to MagicKeboard, it is waterproof
Unlike the MagicKeyboard, it allows you to flip to the other side, so you can use the ipad in portrait mode, lay it on a desk and write on it with a pencil, etc., without having to disconnect the keyboard
