I'm a bit surprised at the reviews here, to the point where I thought they had some bad series. For me: top fan price / performance - see tomshardw
piece by piece they have different speeds and so can be connected in series and it is not necessary to deal with either wiring to the board separately or buying some +-5 RPM connector - because of the synchronization of the sounds of the same spinning fans
air pressure to dB ratio is staggering.
with setup 3x P12 Pro on the bottom of the case and 1x P14 Pro on the top (used to be the power supply) the temperature in the case between the graphics and the PC does not exceed 30 degrees and that at 10% PWM - absolutely inaudible.
At 30% you can't hear the fans, but the air blowing through the grilles
Any PWM setting above 30% is for enthusiasts who don't want to run a PC, but a hovercraft
At 100% it produces the prescribed noise of 25dB, however the air noise is grossly over 50dB. Obviously for enthusiasts who want to have a nitrogen cooled machine, or are folding a vacuum cleaner
It doesn't suffer from any whistle noises. If so, file a complaint.
Buy a silicone anti-vibration cosi instead of AKASA screws.
You can join the series. Just some wire with four PWM outputs, no HUB needed.
nothing for the price. If I want even more air pressure at even lower RPMs, I'll go with the Nocturne, but that stings.

These fans are recommended everywhere for supposedly great value for money performance and are sometimes described as just a little worse than Noctua, but I'm rather disappointed with them. Already around 50% of the speed they are noisier than I would like to listen to, and 100% is downright awful, even the 120mm box fans to the GPU AIO from Asus don't make such an unpleasant noise. Fortunately, I bought them for use where the >40% resp. >1100 RPM is enough (then they are quite OK), but otherwise I would return them. I'll definitely be looking for a different model next time, in the end I guess the disgustingly expensive Noctua is worth it.
Cheap and well made
Integrated anti-vibration pads in the corners
Above about 1000 RPM (roughly 35%) they are really quite noisy, much more so than some Fractal ones supplied with the box.

Apart from the totally unsatisfactory screws with a mini head, which practically fall through the groove of the housing at the slightest inclination of the screw, I have no reservations about the product. The same model of fan, but in the 120mm size, have normal, classic screws with a standard large head, so I have no problem with them at all. Here with this fan I had to use different screws. Frankly I would prefer if they didn't include any screws and just wrote "without screws" Before getting totally inadequate equipment in the package. Otherwise, the fan is made of solid plastic, looks solid and relatively robust compared to cheap alternatives attached directly to the cases. Noise at top speed is significant, but within reason. However, if they are running normally under normal load (warm up) they are also relatively quiet.
Quality solid plastic
Adequately robust construction
Maximum speed is like turning on a rocket propulsion system
Adequately long cable (4pin)
Rubber cosi on each of the 4 corners will eliminate vibration transmission
no RGB
The included self-tapping screws in the package have a ridiculously small head, so if your case has an average-sized hole, the screw head simply falls through, making attaching the fan virtually impossible
The screws in the package, apart from the mini head, have the remarkable ability to screw crooked
The whole assembly is practically a struggle not only with the physical force of drilling self-tapping screws into solid plastic but also with the nerves of constantly sinking the mini head into the groove

the same pros and cons as the P14 pro
performance, static air pressure, great for case in dense dust filter.
up to 50% almost inaudible.
At higher speeds of 50%+, you can hear air whistling if the fan is turning for intake and there is an obstruction in front of it.
I'd say it's almost a necessity to make a bit of space in front of the fan for this performance, I used a 15mm spacer from 3D printing. the whistling is gone, the noise level is lower and the fan can be used even at 60/70% where it "disturbs" only the sound of the air flowing, which is actually positive. 😄
