The mop does its main job well; I appreciate how quickly it heats up and the fact that I can clean without using chemical cleaning products. What disappointed me most, however, was the design of the head and the short cable, which means it’s more suitable for smaller flats. For me, it has a great many practical shortcomings; I certainly wouldn’t buy it. In that case, I’d rather buy a rechargeable steam mop. The cable really is very impractical when mopping.

I’m really happy with the mop! It’s lightweight and easy to handle, and thanks to the swivel head, I can reach into corners and other hard-to-reach places.
It really does heat up in no time at all, and you’ll be notified when it’s ready via a light indicator. Simply pour in the water using the measuring jug provided, plug it in, and you’ll be ready to mop in no time. It’s suitable for various types of surfaces, and I can use it without any worries to mop tiles, linoleum and marble; and thanks to the included attachment (which also serves as a base), you can even clean carpets. With a single tank full, I can easily vacuum a small home with it, and without needing to use any other cleaning products, which, as a dog owner, I really appreciate.
The only thing I’d improve is the base, so that the mop can be pulled out more easily and you don’t have to touch it with your hands. I’ve sorted this out by letting it warm up on the tiled floor, and everything’s fine. Even so, I’m really happy with the mop, because it cleans effectively without any scrubbing, saves me loads of time and makes housework a bit more bearable.: -)

In the end, I was also surprised by its performance and how quickly it heated up. Steam removes dirt from the floor, and the floors generally look cleaner than they do after traditional mopping. The device is lightweight, so it’s easy to operate with one hand. Occasionally, you have to press down on the joint with your foot to return it to its correct position.
