According to the review I didn't take Akasa but Axagon and I don't regret it. No problem, holes drilled accurately

With any overlap, the drives cannot be connected with an angled SATA cable. The only possibility is to mount the disk in the upper position upside down, but this will deprive you of the lower position
If you use 2 drives, you must also use straight power connectors.
