The dishwasher is good, but the customer service is ๐๐๐. I spent 5 days trying to sort out the removal of my old appliance and the installation of the new one, only to be told in the end that this pre-ordered and pre-paid service wasn't available for this particular model. They did agree to the removal in the end, a full 7 days after the item was delivered, but apparently I have to dismantle it myself. So now I have it in the middle of the room in my small flat, I'm dealing with unhelpful operators and every time I call I'm given inaccurate and untrue information.
