I have no complaints about the product, but the service of connecting appliances did not stand for anything. we ordered a washer and dryer and a spacer so that we could put it on ourselves, paid for the removal and installation. Mr. installer from Alza not only did not have the waterproofing, but he also installed the spacer between the washing machine and dryer incorrectly, so he put the dryer on the washing machine crookedly. Unfortunately my 80 year old grandparents didn't check it anymore, so I had to fix everything myself. I'd like to warn you about this service. The instructions are very much about imagination. On the front side there is a spacer attached to the washing machine with only two squares of double-sided tape of about 7x7mm. It is hooked to the dryer by one foot (on the right side there is only a foot plate, not a spout as on the left side). The screws in the back of the washer do not fit and must be caught with self-tapping screws (included, agree with instructions). The holes in the dryer fit just so. The plastic in the front springs and so the dryer moves anyway. In the last step, you will learn that you have to anchor the whole system to the wall and use a strap to secure the washer and dryer (strap not included). So one goes into it with the idea of making it look good and the aforementioned strap was not needed. For the fact that it costs almost 1,5 thousand and it is an original part for Beko slim appliances, the design is terrible, the workmanship worse and the reinforcement worst ever. What a monkey business, hands off!

I got a different product model.
I ordered a PSKS Slim frame for my washer dryer set, but was supplied with a PSK for wide washer and dryer. From the manufacturer, there were PSKs on the cardboard packaging but Alza had their PSKS labels on it.
Having been to the store three times before because of the wrong dryer, I had no strength to complain about the spacer. We had to trim and cut it off.
