Such parts, together with switches, allow the greatest variability of the track (and therefore the best involvement of children's creativity). Unlike fancy bridges, tunnels, barriers, etc. you don't trip over them and there is no problem with the gradient and approach height of different bridges and tunnels by different vehicles.
So far, no problem with this set, but in the long run, our Bigjigs tracks (and especially the switches) break more often (due to childish handling, of course) than other brands.
