We purchased this toy and will be returning it immediately as well! The essential purpose of the toy is not fulfilled by this product at all! A riding toy on a stick that doesn't ride? No way!

Simple to assemble, super toy to encourage walking. Penguin slaps his feet on the casters. A very popular toy with us.

it doesn't ride on any surface, only when you press hard on the carpet - but it was meant to be a toy for a child
