Practically useless for me. I have an average figure (height 182cm), but when putting it on, it is impossible to reach the very short Velcro straps between the shoulder blades and fasten them from behind to the straps.
Cool stuff! Wear for about 10 minutes, and then repeat during the day if necessary. Really, 10 minutes is enough at the beginning, because it starts to hurt, but a little discomfort is worth the result!: -) Within a week I could see and feel the difference. If you feel that the blood circulation in your arms is constricted, either loosen or put your shoulders further back!: -D
