We've only had the hoover for a few days, but we're very happy with both the vacuuming and mopping. The cleaning is high quality and has met our expectations. After some initial trouble, we managed to restore the Wi-Fi and Home Connect connection, but we would welcome a simpler setup and for the map to be saved when reconnecting. The running costs and accessories might be more expensive, but it's too early to judge the costs yet. Overall, we're satisfied.

Creating a map is very difficult. The robot maps the space by itself, but the resulting map is very poor. It recognises open doors as a standard obstacle, which results in the rooms having the wrong shape. This is quite problematic when you then want to divide the space into rooms.
You can't change the shape of the rooms in the app, you have to start a new mapping and try placing the furniture and doors differently.
The robot has a camera, but it probably doesn't use it for navigation at all - I would appreciate it if it could recognise when it's going through a doorway. The old Roomba worked much better in this regard.
In combination with the above, cleaning specific rooms doesn't work very well. Because it's difficult to divide the rooms correctly and the robot doesn't recognise going through a doorway, when you tell it to clean a room, it sticks firmly to the zone marked on the map. Because of this, it tries to get behind a closed door outside the room, or if the door is open, it vacuums outside the room as well.
It has trouble navigating into a small space (toilet/larder) - the Roomba with camera navigation was surprisingly more accurate.
The closure for the water containers seems a bit flimsy – there's no safety catch, just a plastic lid with a latch, which you have to use to lift the containers out of the station.
This is not a European product - the HW is from Ecovacs.

I run it several times a week when I leave for lunch, and the flat is clean when I get back – it cleans quickly and well. The app could still do with some improvements – for example, on the first run, the robot creates a map, and if you then open the door to an adjacent room during a subsequent clean, the robot will map and clean it, but it doesn't create a new room in the app (and you can't add it manually either). It's not a problem for me, I use it without the app now; the robot can simply be started with a button on the station.

The vacuum cleaner saves a lot of work. We send it into different rooms gradually each day, wherever we aren't at the moment (it is quite noisy, after all). It needs to be emptied, have its water refilled and the mops washed several times during a single room clean, so it needs constant clear access to its station. It can handle longer dog hairs too. Although, sometimes it pulls out a larger clump from somewhere and just pushes it around the room with the air it blows out from the side, so it never catches and vacuums it up.
A big problem is the initial mapping. It needs to be done really carefully because if it can't get somewhere the first time, it will never go there again (so I recommend temporarily moving everything that might get shifted around at some point). Door thresholds 2cm high are really the limit; it has to reverse and get a run-up, so I hope it doesn't damage them too much. It's difficult to set the boundaries between rooms because, from one side or the other, it always tries to vacuum a bit of the threshold and gets stuck on it a lot (we have old thresholds that are 15cm wide). The skirting boards on our wooden floors are a problem for it because they are low and quite wide, so it drives along them with one side, which means it mops at a strange angle.
Vacuums and wipes at the same time
It handles pet fur and hair, I haven't had to clean the brush yet.
