The Bosch HBG7742B1 Series 8 oven has a beautiful modern design and an elegant black finish, which I really like in my kitchen. I've only been using it for a short time so far, so I haven't had the chance to try out all of its features yet. Fingerprints and small smudges are quite easily visible on the glass surface, which is a bit impractical for a black finish. Overall, I have a very good impression of the oven so far and look forward to gradually trying out its other functions.

So far, I've been very pleasantly surprised by the oven. After being installed, it looks really good in the kitchen, has a quality feel to it, and the controls are intuitive. A big advantage is the wide range of functions and the ability to connect it to the Home Connect app. The temperature probe is also a practical accessory, which I'll definitely use when cooking meat.

Installation was problem-free, nice design and build quality. The setting options and connection with Home Connect are a big plus; the ability to send the right settings for a dish from the app to the oven is great. I consider the temperature probe a big plus, but it's too soon to rate the actual baking function, etc. The included accessories are fine; I just ordered the full extension rails separately.
