We bought our new tumble dryer after 26 years. When choosing a new one, we again wanted the largest possible drum, a direct drain connection, and the option to stack it on top of our washing machine (Siemens); a crucial requirement was low energy consumption. Everything else is then a pleasant bonus: quiet operation, internal lighting, a glass door, and I really like the placement of the lint filter and the shoe drying rack. We've only had it for a short time so far, but I'm curious to see how the self-cleaning condenser will perform.
Unfortunately, stacking it on top of the washing machine was not included in the delivery (basic installation). So we had to do that ourselves.
quiet, large volume
interior lighting
extended warranty after registration
favourable price within Alza Days + cashback option from the manufacturer
Even though it's from the same manufacturer (BSH), the configuration of the stacking kit was not compatible with the foot placement of the new tumble dryer, so it was necessary to redrill the kit on the washing machine.

Nice dryer, we had a Bosch dryer before and were quite happy with it, worked for 3 years with no issues, so when we needed to get a new one, Bosch was an obvious choice.

Compared to the other models I was considering, the drying times look longer on paper. In reality, however, it is often finished significantly sooner (depending on the type / dampness of the laundry). Very satisfied.
spacious drum, holds even a large amount of laundry
easy to use, no need to study the manual in detail
elegant design
the fluff filter is easy to clean
