No way – 2 scoops in 500ml. I put about one and a half scoops into 1.5 litres – after that, it’s undrinkable. The taste is quite alright, but I’d have expected it to be a bit more tangy; that said, the aroma is quite pronounced. That’s why, when it’s very diluted, it tastes more like lemonade than an electrolyte drink; you don’t really taste the salt in such a diluted solution.

Electrolytes to whey protein. I'm making myself a drink I need for physical exertion at work. I replenish the body with the substances it needs. I am satisfied with the product. With the company, too. It produces quality accessories.
And don't forget a varied diet of course. This is what helps you manage performance.

Hydrating the body during training is quite a science - salt needs to get into the cells. Mostly simple sugars are used as a carrier, which can be a barrier to dieting. Amino acids serve a similar purpose, but still protect muscles when dieting. The last observation is a noticeable increase in performance. Top product.
It does not contain sugars, like classic hydration drinks, but amino acids. Thus more suitable for the diet.
The difference between water and a drink is brutally noticeable in terms of increased energy and appetite for training.

The taste is terrible, but that's the way it is with electrolytes
Worse solubility in water, need to stir with a spoon
