It seems to be good quality, it's powerful enough to crush ice, and it comes with a lot of accessories.
What bothers me the most are the plastic rotating parts inside, but that's a problem with almost every hand blender. I don't understand why they can't make them from stainless steel or hard rubber (like the Concept/Silvercrest smoothie makers have, for example) to stop them from cracking.
On the first one I had, a plastic part snapped off right on the first use - most likely a manufacturing defect. The speed control also stopped working. We'll see how long the second one lasts.
