We have an older Brita kettle and a newer kettle from the same brand. I was rather unpleasantly surprised to find that the original filters for the old kettle did not fit the new one. So I tried these and luckily they fit both kettles - the older version and the newer version. But there is a lot of confusion in the different types of filters for this manufacturer' s kettles. It' s really not easy to find out which filter is for what, how they differ and which kettles fit which filters. That' s why I preferred to take a smaller package for testing.
It's working. Better taste than with the filter that came directly with the kettle.
