Apart from the noise – which is incredibly annoying once you’ve replaced your inverter microwave – it’s like going back to the nineties. The main problem is the size of the glass ‘plate’, which is apparently unreasonably small, presumably to save money. So, on paper, you’ve got a large capacity of 25 litres, but either you put a large plate in there – in which case you won’t be able to fit the lid on top and the whole microwave will end up covered in mess – or you put a small plate in and a small lid on top of it. But you’ll never actually use the full 25 litres of space, because the plate is only suitable for a 20-litre microwave! All in all, it wasn’t worth it, and next time I’d be willing to pay extra for a proper model again.
