Twisted cable
A fusible link in the plug ( some types have a fuse called. hard-wired inside)
Small and compact
I don't want to write it in the negatives because it's not a flaw, but 8A is not enough. According to the design, it could take 10 - 12A, the 8 they put probably because of the twisted cable. If like me you take the risk of replacing the fuse nothing will happen, just loss of warranty. It's holding up really well. But don't leave it unattended.
The bottom has an edge and it's hard to glue, you need to buy some double-sided glue which has at least 1mm thickness.
It does not come with an anti-seize/foil to stick on.

A coiled cable is a great thing
I recommend to buy double-sided tape - ideally 1mm thick and stick it properly.
Fusible link in the latch.
It has no attachment, moreover the bottom part has a high edge and so even double-sided tape does not help
The twisted cord is great - but without the ability to attach, it pulls the sockets together.
