The goods arrived in terrible condition. Alza has absolutely no respect for its customers. The tractor is otherwise beautiful when assembled, but it is really challenging to assemble, even for the experienced. There are no pre-drilled holes, you drill into the plastic, the included plastic Allen is really a joke, and the instructions are not always clear and complete.

The product was piled inside with no packaging, screws pulled out of a torn bag. if my son had not wanted to play with the tractor as soon as he saw the box, I would have returned the goods as unacceptable
