Well, this product is a nice trick. It does not whiten itself at all. It works by hardening like " cement" on the teeth. The next morning you brush your teeth, this hardened cement cracks and peels off, grinding your teeth as you brush. I definitely don't recommend it. Although you will probably have whiter teeth after 14 days, you could achieve the same result with any abrasive paste and more careful brushing.
