My mom (79) received it, so I'll quote her review completely unedited:
"Given my reduced finger sensitivity, it's good that the blender is triggered by the buttons and not by pushing the lid. And that until everything is properly prepared, there's a fuse and the blender won't start. Although it is apparently up to standard, it is too noisy for me. I appreciated the opportunity for a more subtle
or coarser blending. For the instructions for use, I would consider a better explanation in point 1. place the lid on the blender container, when in DEMO the container is the cup itself and the lid with the knife is called the knife part of the blender, the rest of the device is the base. The description confused me and if it wasn't for a little knowledge of the former mixer, I wouldn't know. But it probably wouldn't fit together. Functionality is as expected. "
