It is clear that this machine was developed by some sort of sheltered workshop, which has reduced the usability of what is otherwise a primitive piece of equipment to almost zero. Only a truly primitive person could come up with the idea of a USB-A cable / something or other. I handed the device to ten people, and every single one of them gave it back to me saying, ‘It’s broken’, because it wouldn’t have occurred to any of them to hold the button down for 3 seconds. Nowadays. When changing the discs, I was worried that I’d either break a fingernail or the shaft, which is, of course, made of plastic. The design department responsible for this product should take on new, more creative staff.
It works once it’s charged
The watch has either run down completely or is not working. That remains to be seen. I’m charging it now, but it’s already clear that the battery’s days are numbered in any case. A battery that’s been completely drained – and who knows for how long – is a damaged battery.
For some inexplicable reason, the device cannot be charged using a USB-C cable, but only with a special, purpose-built piece of rubbish approved by some Vendelín.
It is switched on by holding it down for 3 seconds. I wouldn’t have worked this out without the manual, and I nearly sent it back.
Changing the grinding discs is a bit of a faff.
