Purchased to replace our smartai G50, which had already seen better days, and we didn't want to keep buying filters, brushes, and a new battery that would probably run out soon anyway (the original lasted 3 years). Hopefully this vacuum cleaner will last at least 2 years. It is quiet compared to our original one, only the manual steering isn't as precise because it oversteers by a few degrees.
Great design (colour and finish)
Quiet operation (whilst watching TV)
Struggles to overcome obstacles (on higher thresholds)
Short battery life (if it is not in the dock, it drains by itself within 24 hours)
The manual control isn't that precise when you want to turn it to start in a certain direction – it always finishes its turn.
It doesn't have as strong a performance as our previous one
Purchased from Alza, the vacuum cleaner is marked VR 2020 and it's also described as such in the app, on the box there is just a sticker saying VR 2021, according to the Alzabot they just used older components and it is indeed a VR 2021, it would be nice to at least put a note about this during purchase

I got this vacuum cleaner as a Christmas present. The Concept VR 2021 is not easy to pair with a mobile phone. At first the vacuum cleaner was flying from room to room, so it was in the way everywhere. So I finally locked him in a room and once he reported that he had cleaned the room, I moved him to another room and closed the door, using magnetic tape was just extra work. He couldn't handle the clothes rack, he kept running over it and always stayed on it, so I had to put the rack on the chairs. The mopping is defacto useless, because the water container is about two tablespoons, so it is immediately empty. To refill the water is to turn the vacuum upside down, thus erasing the map it was cleaning. The mopping itself is poor quality, the vacuum cleaner is not able to mop the floor (I have lino everywhere), so I combine dry vacuuming with Concept - 4 times a week and wet mopping with a Karcher mopper - once a week. The other thing that makes me very unhappy is that this vacuum cleaner is manufactured by a Czech company, so I would assume that it will automatically set the home Czech language and the other languages will be an option. The vacuum cleaner is set in English and I have not been able to change the language yet. So "Wow developers", you have room for improvement.
