I am pleasantly surprised with the quality. My previous chair was in the same price range but had much lower quality even though it was from a more popular brand. It is very comfortable for me without having to do any adjustments (I am 173cm 100kg). I am honestly surprised about how comfortable it feels every time I sit on it. All the buttons/levers are very high and easily accessible without having to bend down. It is very clear what each does unlike some other chairs. The foot rest feels a bit fragile to me, but probably is actually fine to use. I just bought a stool and put it under my desk, it is a more stable foot rest and I do not worry about putting too much pressure on the chair that way.
