I use it as a multi-input speaker system for personal and work computer. It is one of the few compact soundbars with dual HDMI inputs. I used to have a Bose desktop 2.0 with a pair of jack inputs, but one of them sounded like a channel, so the personal computer played nicely and the work one not so much. Now I'm running 5.1 and the music experience is completely different (it's still not real 5.1 in the wood boxes, but it fits under the monitor, which is a blast! ), I'm also looking forward to some game, but it hasn't been time yet.
