After reading the reviews, I decided to buy the phone. However, a big disappointment! It's definitely not a phone for old people. The volume - which should be crucial for older people - is not good. The mobile is very quiet. At the same time, inserting the SIM card is not exactly easy either. It would be easy if it was immediately clear that a large SIM was being inserted, however, the pictures show a small SIM. The instructions suck in this one.
